2. Installation

The rail system mounts directly on your bench. No facility modifications. No dedicated rooms. Typically completed in 1–2 days.

3. Protocol Translation

We work with your team to translate your SOPs into robot-executable workflows. You validate the output matches your expectations.

4. Training & Handoff

Your team learns to submit protocols, monitor execution, and modify workflows. No programming skills needed.

5. Ongoing Support

We provide maintenance, new protocol development, and system updates. The robot gets better over time — and we're always here if you need us.

You don't pay for a big expensive machine upfront. We come in, we install it. You pay when it runs. And if you don't like it, we'll give you back half the deposit. That's how confident we are.
