Automated Plate Normalization & Cherry-Picking

Normalize samples to a uniform concentration — or cherry-pick selected wells — from a simple CSV map.

What this protocol does

This protocol automates concentration normalization and cherry-picking on the Undergrad. You provide a CSV of well concentrations (or a pick-list); the robot calculates and dispenses the right diluent and sample volume per well to hit a uniform target — or consolidates selected wells into a new plate. It removes the slow, error-prone manual math-and-pipetting that precedes most downstream assays.

Who it's for

Any workflow that needs equal-input samples — library prep, qPCR, screening — or that consolidates hits from many plates into one.
