What this protocol does

This protocol automates magnetic-bead viral RNA extraction from clinical inputs (swabs in transport medium, plasma, or serum) on the Undergrad: inactivation/lysis, binding, washing, and elution. It scales pathogen testing to plate throughput while removing the most repetitive, exposure-prone handling steps.
