What this protocol does
This protocol automates qPCR plate setup on the Undergrad: distributing master mix across the reaction plate and adding template to each well with fresh tips to eliminate cross-contamination. It removes the most tedious, pipetting-error-prone step in qPCR, giving more consistent Cq values plate to plate.
